SHIPPING
PVC Planet offers to ship to cities all over India.
Delivery Timelines:
- Customers usually receive their orders within 3-8 working days. The customer is responsible for any import duty that may be levied upon their order.
- The estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location within India. Generally, your order should be delivered within 3-8 business days from the date of dispatch. If the pincode is unserviceable on the courier service, the parcel will be sent via India Post, which may take up to 30 days to deliver.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
Shipping Cost:
- Shipping charges are applicable for registered users. Standard shipping rates are applied for general orders. For special orders, rates may differ.
- Shipping charges depend on the weight of your order, delivery location, and selected shipping method (India Post or Ecom Express).
- The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping Charges for Returns:
- If a return is required due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect order), we will bear the return shipping cost.
Order Tracking:
- Tracking information is provided for all orders shipped via India Post or Ecom Express.
- You will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number once the order is dispatched.
- Use the tracking number on the respective courier’s website to monitor shipment status.
Shipping Delays:
- Despite our efforts for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, government rules, or other unforeseen events.
Courier Receive Information:
- Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to the address provided when placing the order.
- If the courier fails to deliver after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Courier RTO Information:
- No refund will be issued for RTO (Return to Origin) orders.
- You may request re-shipment by providing a new valid address and contact number. Re-shipping will be done on the next working day.
- Delivery charges must be paid again for reshipping.
Our Right to Cancel:
- Only upload original PDFs (no screenshots or edited files). Invalid uploads will be cancelled automatically.
